A talk with Ambassador Anthony C.E. Quainton, hosted by Professor T. Leinbaugh
Ambassador Quainton joined the Foreign Service in 1959 and has served as the former Director General of the Foreign Service, as well as the former U.S. Ambassador to the Central African Republic, Nicaragua, Kuwait, and Peru. Since 2003, he has been the Distinguished Diplomat-in-Residence in the School of International Service at American University.
